From our Collines Vineyard estate in the cool Carneros region comes this distinctive, complex, deeply golden Chardonnay. Aromas are inviting with notes of oak, vanilla, citrus, apples, and pineapple. This single vineyard produces a structured and voluptuous Chardonnay with generous fruit flavors of apple, citrus, and tropical fruit, with nuances of caramel and spice from oak aging. A nutty character and notes of apple crumble complement the bright citrus accents. The silky, creamy mouthfeel combines with bright acidity and leads to a clean, lingering finish.
Crisp, bright, and vivacious, CB+V 2017 is an aromatic white blend boasting a bouquet of oroblanco blossoms, honeysuckle, citrus, tropical fruit, and fresh cut green herbs. The bright entry reveals lychee, key lime, white peach, grapefruit, and nectarine flavors. Lemon-lime and balanced acidity carry through the clean, gentle, lingering finish.
We looked to the Clarksburg appellation in the Sacramento Delta for this bright, delightful Chenin Blanc. Aromas of honeysuckle, cantaloupe, citrus, and honey lead to a viscous palate of melon, pear, lemongrass, and Meyer lemon. This is a bone-dry wine, whose balanced acidity and clean, refreshing finish make it perfect for sipping and easy to pair with food. Enjoy with crab, scallops in butter, or halibut.
Our Dijon Clones Chardonnay comes from the cool hills of the Carneros appellation, where it develops intriguing aromas of lemon peel and fresh white flowers that lead into a complex palate of pineapple, nectarine, and pear, supported by fresh acidity. This remarkable wine, served chilled, pairs beautifully with shrimp dishes, octopus salad, and a great variety of poultry dishes.
Beautifully transparent and coral pink in color, the 2017 Rosé is bright and refreshing. Prominent floral aromas complement fruits like strawberry, grapefruit, lychee, white peach, and key lime, with undertones of black cherry from the Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a creamy entry, opening up to ripe strawberry, tangerine, dark cherry, and citrus tones. There is good weigh on the palate, with a clean finish. We have bottled this wine in a convenient twist cap and recommend consuming it within one year to enjoy the fruit freshness. Serve at 50–55°F.
The 2017 is the inaugural release of the Pine Ridge Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc is thought to have originated in the southwest of France as an indigenous grape, the name coming from the French sauvage meaning “wild,” and blanc meaning “white.” Eventually it made its way to Bordeaux, so our winemaking team thought it suitable to produce this white to complement our Cabernet Sauvignons.
